Ok so basically it’s like the realization of the girls fears and stuff right, her swallowing things wasn’t the problem it was her lack of a father figure and subconscious trauma of knowing what he did and what she was a product of, and also what was a cause of her swallowing things was her overall environment, she basically stayed home all day and was pressured by her husband and his parents to fit into the mold of what they wanted her to be in which she took that stress and this disorder was created, when you see her at the end in the mall and when she gets an abortion basically to me represents shes going to start living for herself away from everything, shes not involved with the husband anymore and she got things straight with her dad so now her life actually starts now.
